二、申(shen)請(qing)人資格要求

a. Hong Kong registered company;

b. At least 1 nos. supply and install timber flooring/ SPC flooring contracts of Hong Kong residential development (In progress / completed) for private developer in the past 10 years. The contract must meet one of the following criteria:
(i) the final account sum or awarded contract sum must not be less than $15M, or
(ii) the project must involve at least 800 flats.

c. The average asset-to-liability ratio over the past five years should be equal to or greater than 0.9;

d. The reportable accident rate per 1,000 workers per year in the past 5 years should not exceed 22.
- If this requirement is not met, safety audit reports issued by registered safety auditor or safety review reports issued by safety review officer, in accordance with the F&IU (Safety Management) Regulation, for the previous 5 years
must be provided to support the application. Each report must not be rated as "not-satisfactory".

三、資格預審文件的獲取(qu)

預審檔案領取截止時(shi)間：2025-09-19 11:59:59（北京時間，若有變化另行通知）。

預審檔案在潤匯采（國際版(ban)）發佈，不再另行線下(xia)(xia)提供紙質檔案，凡有(you)意(yi)參與者可在(zai)本公告期(qi)間自行登入平臺查看和下(xia)(xia)載資(zi)審檔案，逾(yu)期(qi)無(wu)法下(xia)(xia)載。
