請投(tou)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)人(ren)仔細閱(yue)度招(zhao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)文件及(ji)合同(tong)所有條款(kuan)，因(yin)(yin)投(tou)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)人(ren)未閱(yue)度招(zhao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)文件或合同(tong)條款(kuan)導(dao)致自身報(bao)價虧(kui)損的招(zhao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)人(ren)概不(bu)負責，中標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)后所有價格(ge)不(bu)得(de)調(diao)整，投(tou)表人(ren)若因(yin)(yin)此拒(ju)不(bu)簽定合同(tong)，視(shi)作其放棄(qi)中標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)資格(ge)，所有損失由投(tou)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)人(ren)自行承(cheng)擔，且招(zhao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)人(ren)有權將(jiang)其納入限制交易(yi)名單。
